Hi,
We have a support project created in Jira, which use Kanban methodology.
In this project we work on Service & Incident Requests raised by teams. We work on couple of requests for e.g. Access Review, which needs to be performed every quarter and we would like to have the Service request to be created automatically for such tasks every quarter automatically and get assigned to specific user.
Currently, we create the requests in advance and keep it in Open status but due to it our monthly Reports gets affected and our Reports doesn't look good as those issues also get considered into the reports in various charts (gadgets) we have configured in Dashboard.
So, we would like avoid creating the requests in advance and would want them to be created when we will actually work on them.
As I am new to Jira, I am not completely aware of all the features and its implementation.
Therefore, I would like to know is there any way using which I can schedule a Service request to get created automatically every quarter i.e. on 15th March, 15th June, 15th Sept, 15th Dec. every year and also gets assigned to a specific user?
Hello @Suraj Pardeshi
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
This sounds like a job for Automation for Jira, using a Scheduled Trigger and a Create Issue action.
