How can I run a search to see which ticket has the most labels?

We're using labels to see which customer reported the same bug or request. I want to see which ticket has the most tickets.

I'm new to JIRA and am unable to use gadgets to help me figure this out.

Jira doesn't have functions to count things like this. You'll need to find an add-on that provides a report on it, or a way to count them.
