Hello @Samuel Henrique

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I'm sorry for the tragic event that occurred in your life.

If you were using only Free subscriptions your products would have been deactivated after 120 days of inactivity.

After that deactivation there is a limited period of time during which the products can be reactivated. That grace period is 15 days or 60 days depending on your Billing experience.

https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/

If the grace period has expired then your data has been permanently deleted.

Hello Samuel,

If all the products that were in the organization were Free and have been deactivated, and the the grace period has expired, then your Organization also would have been deleted.

You will not be able to recover anything. You will have to create a new organization.
