Hi, due to inactivity (and emails about it that I unfortunately missed due to some unforseen circumstances) my jira and confluence boards got deactivated. How can I reactivate/recover my account?

On a Free plan, if you don't access the site for 120 consecutive days, Atlassian considers it inactive and will deactivate it.
After deactivation, your data is retained for a period of time (between 15 and 60 days, depending on your subscription and billing experience) to allow you to reactivate.
If you're still within that retention period, you can try to reactivate your subscription: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/
If that doesn't work, contact Atlassian Support for further assistance.
