How can I quick filter on a new custom field?

I recently created a new custom field that I called "Tag Cloud", which is a centrally administered tag cloud for organizing all of our stories, bugs, etc.

How do I setup an additional Quick Filter field so that I can quickly recall stories and bugs?  I don't want to litter our existing Quick Filter field with an additional 30+ options.  I need it to be a new filter field with all of the Tag Cloud values specified.  

For what's it's worth, I'll be adding new values to this custom field semi-regularly, so I'll need to also be able to update the Quick Filter list as this happens.  If there was a way for this to be dynamic (whenever I add a new value to the field, it updates the Quick List - that would be ideal!

Any help would be much appreciated.
