How can I publishing a plan and let my project team collaborate in it?

I setup a plan and realy like to work with it but I did not make it to publish it for my project team so that they can work in it as well.

When you say Plan, are you referring Advanced roadmap plan. If so you can give permission to your team member of your plan to collaborate. To give them permission of Plan please follow steps mentioned here .

To understand what permission does give what kind privilege please refer document

You can make the change following steps
