I'm trying to make our Advanced Roadmap visible to colleagues on SharePoint. I tried everything, including adding view permissions for Guests on Advanced Roadmap, using the embed widget to embed on Confluence, and then embedding this Confluence page on SharePoint via the SharePoint Connector addon... nothing works! The iFrame blanks out, and doesn't even ask for a login.
It's so frustrating that Atlassian makes this so tedious. What's the point of a high-level report like a roadmap, when it cannot be published ANYWHERE without a user-login?
What if the user is licensed?
I'm having similar challenges as the original poster - using the embed link in the SharePoint embed WebPart gives me an Atlassian Login Page. Once I log in, I am taken to my default login page, and not the plan I'm trying to see.
Hello @florianoberhauser
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
As per this feature request the ability to share an interactive Advanced Roadmap with unlicensed users is not current supported. It does mention that you can export an image of the roadmap and share that non-interactive image with other people through the sharing option of your choice.
