How can I produce a graph of the connections between jira tickets?

There is a complex relationship between requirement tickets, their children, and the epics and stories below them.

How can I make a report that shows, as a graph, the relationships between a number tickets?

This isn't directly possible, but some plugins in market place try to show tree view and reports on top of that. One example that I was using earlier is Links Explorer (was small but solved my purpose).
