Hello together,
we work with JIRA to write the stories and bugs for the developers of our website.
In the JIRA version that we have, it is only possible to write text, and if I want to insert a picture or screenshot I must attach it at the bottom.
From Confluence I now it, that it is possible to write text, insert a picture directly and then go on with writing text and safe it (like a normal web-page)
This feature would be very helpful to have in JIRA as well.
For example it would make the bug descriptions that we get from our test-team way more understandable! At the moment we often have a long text-description and then around 6-10 pictures under the text attached and I must search a lot to understand everything.
I work in a big corporate company and we use Jira v10.3.6.
Is this feature available for other JIRA-versions maybe?
Thanks and kind regards
Joachim
Hello @MisterMusic ,
Welcome to the Community !
For the JIRA DC vesion, you can actually just paste the image like you do in confluence; that would add you image to attachment automatically and inline to you text.
