How can I optimize naming on Jira?

My company everyone name is too haphazard and unorganized so it is difficult to find, so I want to have any disarmament to improve this situation. Thank you.

This is a very hard one to answer, especially for a native English speaker like me.  I am not sure what you mean by "naming".

"Optimise naming" is worse, we really need to know what "naming" is before we can help optimise it.

I think (but I am really not sure) that you are talking about a naming convention for your people.

In my company, I have a unique ID, which happens to contain elements of my (legal and widely used) name, because it keeps things simple for all of us.  Adaptavist created nbrough because the policy at the time was "initial + family name", and while the policy might change, you should never change an existing one.

So, that example case aside, can you tell us a bit more about your problem?

Are you really talking about naming?  Or do you mean something else?  (Like issue summaries, Epic names, etc)
