Hello everyone,
I have another question. I have to move a Team-managed project from one JIRA Software cloud instance to another within the same company domain. The Team-managed project is also linked to Github repositories via Github for JIRA. I also need all the historic sprint data. Basically I need the whole project as it is, but in the other instance of my customer's JIRA. I am not an org admin, but site admin in the origin instance of JIRA and working together with the org admin of my customer.
Previously the sprint data and links to Github didn't transfer via the built in import and export tool. How can I solve this?
