How can I modify 'Done' status

Daria
February 3, 2022

Hello, we use a Scram board with several columns.

The two last columns are called Done and Release. When I add a task to the Done column, the task ID becomes stroked.

When we move it to Release (ignoring Done column), which means for us that the work on a task is completed, the stroke never appears.

The only solution I found in Workflows is to move status 'Done' to the Release column, and status 'Release' to the Done column. But when we change the status of the task inside the task, not by moving to the column, it doesn't match the column.

I've attached a screenshot of my solution. Maybe you can help me and advise how to make Release tasks stroked, not Done tasks?

FYI (Готово = Done)

Never mind, I just renamed statuses and moved them back to the right columns.

Hi @Daria ,

please check your workflow. In my opinion when you move a ticket to DONE status probably Resolution field will be added (manually or through a post function). When you move tickets to RELEASED status, not through done column, probably Resolution field is not set to the issue.

So you need to check your workflow in order to be sure that your tickets have a Resolution set if they are moved to RELEASE status.

Hope this helps,

Fabio
