How can I modify Board (column names) created with "Project management" template?

there is no usual " board columns" setting, which I would be able to modify

Hi @L.sedrakyan ,

with Business or Work Management projects the columns equate to the workflow statuses. Changing the workflow/status will result in board column change.

Thank you, but the  issue is that I want to change the workflow. instead of "to do", "in progress", "done" I want to see  "initiation", "planning", "exaction" ....
