Hello @Laura Susana Vasquez Rueda and welcome to the Community!  This same question was asked several years back.  Refer here for guidance:  https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Re-How-to-migrate-from-OpenProject-to-JIRA/qaq-p/1025354/comment-id/328430#M328430

Hi @Laura Susana Vasquez Rueda,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Can you export your issues in Open Project to a csv file? If that is the case then you can use the csv importer in Jira, either after you have created a project or as part of creating the project. If you do it as part of creating the project you can use the Import data section and then follow the on-screen directions. Check out this KB for information about the csv structure Jira expect.
