How can I manipulate field in Jira form

Hi I have a long list of Date field in my jira form,

How can I do a form with 2 or 3 field by row ?

I didnt find anything to help. If you have an Idea please help me

Jira doesn't have any support for moving fields around like that. You'd have to take apart the code that renders the screens and re-code them to allow for it.
