How can I manage memory?

I have a problem in using the Jira.

On Jira, when I double click the panel, it is eating my memory over 3.5 GB https://prnt.sc/1ywe71z .

It is same on other tool of Atlassian such as Bitbucket.

What browser are you using? Are you seeing the same memory leak on multiple browsers? Do you have any browser plugins installed?

I am using Chrome v 94. I installed Metamask plugin.

I think this isn't a reason.
