How can I make old edit view permanent

I am having huge problems with the new edit view in Cloud with attaching images.

I can no longer set the size of the image without Thumbnail - which is an absolute show stopper for me. And often I can not even get the large image to show up later, when I click on the image when editing is ready.

However if I switch to old view my attachments are sometimes lost and then I have to re-add them.

So now whenever I create an issue I have to make sure I switch to old edit view first every single time - before I can edit it.

Is anyone else having similar problems? And how do I disable this? Editing works perfectly in Confluence - I have no idea why that functionality isn't replicated here.

You can disable the new issue view in your personal settings:

When disabling the new issue view, a pop-up will ask for your feedback: please share your issues so that the Atlassian team can improve - you could also contact Atlassian support to report the issues you're facing with the new view.
