Hi,
We want to tag some Jira cases with "down time" and make it visable in the Backlog. Using some colour would be great.
I tried using "Epic link" as a work around but this is not optimal.
Anyone knows a way of doing this? :)

you can use "label" and add label field to card layout. This is not standard text field with not colors.
