How can I make Advanced Roadmaps' Team field always visible?

Hello

Is it possible to make the Advanced Roadmaps Team field visible when it's not set?

Currently when it's not set, the field is not displayed on the screen at all.

That is how custom fields work in Jira. If the value is not set the field is not displayed.
