How can I link migrated data (csv) to EPICs in a team-managed software project?

Hi, I've got admin rights both for my board level project & to import using CSV. I'm trying to understand how to use the mapping screen to map an EPIC Name or EPIC Link column in the csv so that the imported story is auto linked to an epic in Jira (which already exists). Is this actually possible in this type of project? I've searched the docs & the community but I'm not seeing info that actually covers this..

thanks,

AnnY

Hello @AnnY

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Unfortunately it is not possible to do that currently. There is a change request about it to which you can add your vote/comments:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17758

Thank you @Trudy Claspill It's a shame it can't (yet) be done, but thanks for confirming & giving me the link to the logged issue. I've voted for it & your help will save me time trying to do something that currently isn't possible.. Cheers!
