How can I limit a JIRA account to a specific Project

I've been trying to limit an account to a single project in JIRA to make sure they cannot view any other project in the company's JIRA platform.

I created a Group and added the users, I created a Workflow Scheme for that project specifically, and no matter what I do... this user still has access to view all JIRA Software projects.

Is there a way to limit this user in JIRA to ONLY ONE PROJECT?

Workflow is not relevant here, you need permissions.
