How can I invite user from another company to my account?

I'm an administrator in JIRA, I want to invite user with another JIRA acoount to use my account in specific project.

Can I do that?

How?

if not, How can I work with another company together if both of us using JIRA.

You can refer to this documentation to invite users to your JIRA instance (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Users#ManagingUsers-inviteusers). You will of course have to manage your permissions in JIRA after that to only make sure that your external users can only see what they are allowed to see.
