How can I integrate Jira cloud and Atlassian Bitbucket v4.13.0 deployed on our own server

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Can I integrate Jira cloud and Atlassian Bitbucket v4.13.0 which we use on the internal server?
We have started to use Atlassian Jira (cloud version).
I know that Jira could be integrated with Bitbucket.
But when I try to create the branch, Jira redirects me to the Bitbucket cloud
Now we use Bitbucket v4.13.0 deployed on our own server.
The question is can I integrate somehow Jira cloud version and Bitbucket local version instead of Bitbucket cloud?
If yes, can you provide me instructions on how to do this?
