How can I install Jira Agile plugin with Maven, automatically

Hello guys, I need to install Jira Agile plugin as maven dependecy.
So when I execute atlas-run or atlas-debug, there need to be Jira Agile plugin on my local Jira, already installed.

Use the --bundled-plugins param.

Can you be more specific. Where to use this param, in pom.xml file or atlassian-plugin.xml ?
Or in command line, after atlas-debug ?
