How can I include JIRA notification functionality using @mentions in my cloud app ?

I am building a JIRA cloud app using ACE and on some pages I want to include comment section so that I can use JIRA notification functionality through @mention but I am not able to find , how can I include this thing in my hbs so that I can have this @mention functionality on that page of my app. Please guide me.
