How can I import users from Jira Server to Jira Cloud as customers?

I would like to know how can I import users from Jira Server (Who were running in LDAP authentication)  to Jira Cloud as customers.

Hello Angel,

You can properly add the users from your JIRA Server as customers on a Jira Cloud instance by manually exporting them and copy/paste them in the customer section. These would be the steps:

1 - Export the users from your JIRA Server application in a CSV file

2 - Copy the email column in the CSV file

3 - Navigate to your JIRA Service Desk in the Cloud instance and paste the e-mail addresses in the Add customer section:

Just click "Enter" after you paste, and they all should parse into individual invites as long as they are delineated by a space or a comma (which they should already be if you copy from a .CSV)
