I want to import test plan with all its tasks into jira and map it to the components and test cases

What test planning app are you importing into? Or is it just plain Jira?

I need to display it in a form of Tasks "sub-tasks" , Duration , start date and end date as attached.

You will need to convert or export the mpp file to CSV, then you can add a column to indicate the parent issue(s) for each sub-task you import.
