How can I import Stories and Subtask from one csv?

I know from this help file this can be done.

But when I try to use the import wizard, "Parent ID" no longer shows as an option. When I asked my Atlassian admin, they said it was due to this change or "Parent" field being rolled out.

However, when I try to use "Parent" in the Wizard, it fails. Is there a step a I need to ask the admin to take?
