How can I hide the worklog entries from specific roles in JIRA?

How can I hide the worklog entires from specific JIRA roles, e.g. customer, ? Viewing / displaying must be disabled at every level of the tasks and sub-tasks

With the existing implementation this is not possible cause of the activity-stream. You can set the flag to which role the worklog will only be shown, when you create the worklog. But the change of the field will visible to all users, which can see the issue.

Maybe a plugin like tempo will help you ...
