I have cloned a ticket without realising within the ticket it was going to show the long list of cloned tickets. How can I hide this or remove the link?
Hello @Theodora Weston
If you're willing to use a third-party application to clone issues, I can suggest trying our app Elements Copy & Sync that allows you to copy issues with all their content (summary, description, custom fields, comments, attachments, etc.) and their child issues.
You'll be able to remove the link between the source and cloned issue:
Don't hesitate to try our app, it's free during 30 days and stays free under 10 users.
Kind regards,
Clara
Hi @Theodora Weston and welcome to the community!
If you are willing to use a third-party app, you could try our Deep Clone for Jira.
You can configure Deep Clone so that it doesn't create an issue link when cloning an issue.

Hi @Theodora Weston -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
When viewing an issue, look at the links and you will see the clone ones. At the right side of the row there is an X to remove the link.
If you regularly clone the same issue(s) and do not want the clone links for those, an automation rule may be used to remove them after the issue is created.
Kind regards,
Bill
