I need to have these issues fall off once the support manager marks their status as "Closed" so they don't pile up on our team Kanban board. How can I set that up for them?

The easiest answer is to remove the GreenClosed status from the DONE column.

You may also consider using the Kanban Sub-Filter to filter issues out if they are closed for more than 30 days.
