Hello,
I am trying to integrate my Jira account into my Monday.com account. In order to do so, I need to have global permissions. I'm unsure why as the account creator I do not have them, but can anyone direct me to how I may be able to do so?
I'm attaching screenshots of my permissions page which don't indicate specifically which kind of access grants the global permission.
Please advise

Every user for a Free account has full permissions. What are you trying to do that it says you can't do?
Also, that might be a limitation of a free account - but not sure.

Thanks for your quick reply and help! I'm trying to integrate Jira into my Monday.com platform. When I try to setup the integration, I keep receiving a notification indicating I need global permissions. (see below). I do have a free account but there isn't anything on their pricing options that indicates this is a limited feature to paid plans.

Hmm, that is strange. Here is a screenshot of all of the groups I am in for my Free instance. Make sure you are a member of each group.

What is your product role in each group?
Do you know how to change it from user to product admin?

I have two products - Jira Software and Jira Administration.
My product role in each group is Product Admin.
Are you in all of those groups?
