How can I get the modified files from a JIRA ticket's linked pull request on BitBucket?

My company is asking that reports are produced for all ticket's per month on our team and, along with the ticket, if there is a pull request, the added/modified/removed files from the BitBucket (git) branch linked to the ticket.

 

Is there a query or API call that will help extract that information?
