How can I get customers on ServiceChannel?

I am a commercial HVAC contractor.

My ServiceChannel profile is 100% complete, compliant, active, and visible, but I am not receiving any work orders.

My questions are:

• How do clients add vendors to their Source List?
• Is there any official way to contact clients (Facilities / Procurement) instead of just waiting for an invitation?
• Are there specific actions that actually increase the chances of receiving work orders?

Looking for clear guidance from people with real ServiceChannel experience.

If you meant something else by "ServiceChannel experience," could you share more details on how you've currently set this up and what seems to be the issue?
