How can I get all the pull request of an issue by the issue key or id using JIRA API?

I am trying to get the pull request from specific jira tickets using the jira API.

I am able the get issue id by using IssueRestClient. However, I am not able to process further to extract the pull request ids related to an issue which is in the development field.

Tried getFieldByName("Development") from IssueField but not getting the PR ids.

Is there a way to extract the PR id's? How is Jira getting the PR ids in the Development field in the UI.
