I've never seen this error before:

@Phil Bustin Have you tried clearing your browsers cache to see if that fixes the issue?

I had deleted a field used in a post transition action. Solved.

@Phil Bustin What browser are you using? Are you the admin? Are you logged in with the correct account? Have you tried a different browser?
