How can I find all broken links in Jira?

Dani Morant

Hi all, I am about to migrate our Google drive, which we use to store documentation. This process will break all the links we have in Jira and would like to know if it is possible to easily find (without going link by link), which links are broken?

Eg. I have a ticket in Jira, which links some designs all saved in Google Drive. In the process of the migration to a new workspace, the links will change and therefore I would need to find where are broken links to replace them.

Thanks for your support! 😁

Dani

As far as I know this isn't possible 'out of the box'.  It's maybe possible for someone to use the API to scrape the links/description and check for validity, but that's outside my expertise.

(Good luck though, that sounds like a nightmarish problem and I hope someone here has a nice solution!)

Thanks Chris. I imagined also that. šŸ™ˆ
