How can I export data from jira, and make the dates of the releases and sprints visible

I am trying to use Database Exporter for Jira Cloud to export my jira data, locally with the use of postgresql.
For now it generates the following error:
"The connection attempt failed."
I have checked the connectivity at the permission level, and I could not find the error, I would like your help.
I try to migrate the jira data, and thus be able to work them separately in the construction of information radiators, since I do not know how it is possible to obtain the release dates, and sprints with an export to cvs, this data is hidden .
I need help
