How can I embed release notes from Jira in my web-based software?

I'm looking for a step-by-step guide for embeding release notes for completed Jira work items into my user-facing web-based software. Anyone know how to do this?

To answer your question, in Confluence for example, you can use Smart Link to embed from Jira. You can check if the same works for your web-based software.

• You can also check this link about how to embed Jira release notes using markdown feature.
• You can also either build your own integration using Jira's REST API OR 
• You can use 3rd party app from Atlassian Marketplace (e.g., Automated Release Notes)
