How to edit the confirmation/thank you message after submitting a Jira form?

Hi @Hagar Almog and welcome to the community,

Which form are you referring to exactly? There are three kind of "forms" within Jira:

• JSM forms
• JWM form
• Issue collector

Unfortunately to all the above you can't change the confirmation message. If you now are referring to a JSM project where the customer raises a ticket and an email is being sent to him/her, then you can change that:

• Project settings > Customers Notification
• Locate request created email template > Edit

I would like to second the request to be able to change this or at least append information to it for a JSM form. That would be very helpful to our implementation.
