How can I display issues from "My open issues" on "Board"?

Hi handsomes and beauties,

There are two issues I created by clicking the "Create" button (see pic.1 A).

Then the issues are displayed in "My open issues" sheet (see pic.2) but not in "Board" sheet (see pic.1).

How should I set up to let the issues display on "Board"?

Hi @Tyler Yu ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

First of all, you need to check swimlanes configuration. It seems that your swimlane is base on assignee. Even if you are the creator of ticket you could be not the assignee so your tickets will not appear on your own swimlane. (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-swimlanes/)

If those tickets will not appear in the whole board please check your board filter.

According to the content of the link you provided, it showed that choosing a different type of swimlane need administrator permission, so I will ask my supervisor to help.
