How can I disable mail notifications on jira.attlassian.com

Hey,

if anyone is writing a new comment on jira.attlassian.com on JSD-218 i get notified via mail.

I also commented there months ago, but i do not watch on the issue. I searched for an option to disable this notifications but i can't find it anywhere. Please help me its really annoying!

Hi Sebastian,

From the People panel on the right of the issue click on the "Stop watching this issue" button.

I'm not watching the issue ... I also tried to watch and stop watching it but I still get mails
