I would like to delete my account.
I went to the following page and clicked on "Delete Account" from "Account preferences".

Then the following message appeared.

I have read the support documentation but do not know what I should do.
I am registering as an individual, so I can't change Billing or Technical Contact to someone else.
Please tell me how I can delete my account.

I understood from reading that document that there is a 14-day grace period if the deletion request is successful.
However, according to the message I wrote above, I think my deletion request was not successful.
The document you guided me to says the following

@Augite another way goto billing-->Manage and cancel the subscription and then try to delete the account.

I went to http://admin.atlassian.com/billing.
The “Billing Preview” page showed one subscription “Jira”, so I clicked “Manage”.
Next, the “Manage subscriptions” page appears.
That page shows my instance is deactivated.
I don't know how to cancel subscription in this page.
What should I do?

The purpose of my question is not to stop the instance.
It is to delete my account.
In other words, I want to completely delete my registration information.(i.e. name, email address, password...).
Will those be deleted automatically after 14 days?
