How can I create a field inside an issue?

HI

Is there anyway that you can create a field inside the issue, for example, if there is a dropdown list and you select an item, if it has children, only then another dropdown would be created with the items that belong to the first choice; if the item you select on the fist dropdown has no children then any field is created.

The thing you refer to here is known as dynamic forms and is not supported out-of-the-box. Check out the following extension.
