How can I consolidate non-Jira Metrics by putting a link in Jira Dashboard?

Hi Sir/Madam,

I would like to consolidate all metrics in the organization by using Jira Dashboard. 

However, there are some metrics in the organization are using other tool. For instance, Budget. 

Therefore, is there any gadget in Jira Dashboard that allow us to put an external to guide the reader to the non-Jira Metrics website?
