How can I connect Jira to Loop?

I have tried connecting Jira to a Loop page, and the app within Loop doesn't do anything. It has shown that an import is in progress for days.

Hi,

I tried getting support on this from Microsoft, and this is the response I received:

"According to the Loop PG and Microsoft Engineering team, the Jira integration in Loop is being deprecated."

So basically, the feature is outdated, and there won't be any fixes in the future.

Welcome to the community.

I don't think MS Loop works with Jira DC, only with Jira Cloud.

But do check with Microsoft.
