How can I configure a project completion report in Jira?

We have many maturity projects in Jira. A report is now requested from all completed projects, in which what was done is clearly documented and links to documents appear.

Ideally, a Word document should be created for each epic in which the epic link is included and each ticket is listed with a heading, description and comments. Can I somehow create a template, so how can I configure this document the way I need it?

There are ample possibilities here. 

Using Automation, you can send yourself an email with the content of any selection of Jira work items you can think of. The content of those items can be assessed and put in said email using smart values.
