How can I changed the jira bug tracking database to another account?

As a tester, I make this testermhiira site for tracking bugs but recently the developer wants it to be transferred to his account. How can I make this possible? Thank you

What do you mean by "transferred to another account". Transfer what? Ownership? Access? Issues raised already?

Go to your my.atlassian.com account and add the new owner as an admin. Then get them to do the same and remove you.
