How can I change the setup so I can export all issues in my Jira Project ?

How/where can I change the setup so I can export all issues in my Jira Project ? currently I get only 1000 issues exported.

Hello @Fetneh Eskandari

The 1000-row export limit within JIRA Cloud is hardcoded specifically to prevent a performance hit to your instance, but you can find workarounds here

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It's not possible on Cloud. You can do it on Server, but it leads to the problem of crashing your Jira by overloading it, which is why it is limited on both systems.
