How can I change the colour of the timeline bar for individual stories
I would like to change the colour of the timeline bar to indicate progress i.e. green once complete, red if there are issues, etc. Am I able to do this for the individual stories. I know how to do this for the Epic, but not the stories. See picture below, this is how I would like it to look. Thanks

What mechanism are you using to change the color on the Epics?
I see a method in Plans / Timeline / View Settings to set colors based only on issue type, not status.

Are you working from a Timeline under a Plan (from the Plans menu) or a Timeline that is associated with an agile board?
I was able to recreate the "right-click on timeline bar and change color" for an Epic only in the Timelines that are associated with agile boards.
And I determined that the color of that bar corresponds to the color associated to the Epic.
While you can add the Issue Color field to other issue types (by default it is not shown) it appears that according to the below change request the child issues in this timeline will inherit the color of their parent Epic.

Thanks for your help. I am changing the colour by right clicking the Epic schedule bar and choosing a colour. But I am not able to do this for the stories. I have the free one-month Premium trial, so just wondering if I need the paid version to change the colours for the stories, or is this not possible.
